ibotool designs and produces complete line of manual, electro drived (semi-automatic) system and position equipment. Since its establishment, ibotool has provided innovative solutions for many types of positioning systems in a various fields.

Production of cycloreductors

Over the years, we have developed the technology for the production of cycloreducers and created our own design that enabled the production of high-precision positioners in our own production.

Design and manufacture of custom made positioners

We are able to respond to specific customer requirements regarding non-standard types of positioners. Ibotool has the capacity to design and manufacture custom made positioners.

Standard robotic positioners

Single-axis - with load capacities of 300 kg, 500 kg, 1000 kg and 1500 kg. These positioners have one axis of rotation, used for medium complex pieces where accessibility to all welding lines is ensured by rotation around one axis.
Single-axis H type with two workplaces - load capacity 300 kg, 500 kg, 1000 kg and 1500 kg. They are single-axis positioners with two workplaces on a rotary platform, mainly used in a large series production due to saving the time of replacing pieces and achieving more efficient work.
Two-axis – load capacity 500 kg. They are used for welding complex products of smaller dimensions, where accessibility to all welding lines is ensured by rotation around two axes.

Two-axis L-type positioners - 250 kg and 500 kg load capacity. They are used for welding complex products of medium dimensions. Access to all welding lines is ensured by rotation around two axes.
C-type two-axis positioners - 250 and 500 kg load capacity. They are used for welding large complex products. Access to all welding lines is ensured by rotation around two axes.
Five-axis L-type and five-axis C-type - these are positioners with two axis L-type and two axis C-type, with two independent workstations and a rotating platform. They are used in a large series production due to saving the time of replacing pieces and achieving more efficient work.
